Established in 1999, JRA Best Value Solutions Ltd has wide experience of meeting the challenges of change and modernisation faced today both in the wider economy and the Government’s public service improvement agenda.

We have extensive knowledge, gained over many years, of developing solutions and leading major change in a broad range of organisations. We also have considerable project and interim management skills and experience that uses an inclusive approach to add value and achieve effective and sustainable change.

We are able to identify challenges faced by our clients and to provide tailored effective and lasting solutions. We have the ability to understand complex issues, assess difficult problems and remove barriers to change and improvement. Crucially, we can assist in turning around the organisational and cultural stagnation that so often stands in the way of achieving corporate objectives.

We are effective networkers and have the ability to coordinate and lead. We are aso used to operating in environments where priorities are constantly challenging and changing.
